1. Service Overview

Wizyz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to generate, edit, host, and publish one-page websites using artificial intelligence. Features may include AI website generation, custom domains, hosting, SSL, SEO tools, and performance optimization.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: Includes 1 website with limited features on a Wizyz subdomain.
• Pro Plan: Available as monthly or yearly subscription (pricing may vary by region).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.

4. AI-Generated Content

Wizyz uses artificial intelligence to generate website layouts and content based on user prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Custom Domains

• Users may connect their own domains.
• DNS configuration must be handled correctly by the user.
• Wizyz is not responsible for downtime caused by incorrect DNS settings or third-party registrar issues.
• Free SSL certificates are provided where supported.

6. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create using Wizyz. By publishing your site through Wizyz, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and deliver your content via our infrastructure.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Wizyz to create or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Malware, phishing pages, or hacking tools
• Copyright-infringing material
• Adult or explicitly harmful content
• Content that violates local or international laws

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or threaten platform security.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, UI elements, templates, branding, and system infrastructure belong to Wizyz. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Wizyz platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wizyz is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for data loss, downtime, or financial damages resulting from platform use.

11. Governing Law

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using Wizyz.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wizyz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
