1. Free Plan
The Free plan provides limited access to the Wizyz platform at no cost. Since no payment is made, it is not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
2. Paid Plans
- All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- No partial or prorated refunds are offered for unused subscription time.
- You may cancel anytime, but your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We are not responsible for accidental upgrades, incorrect plan purchases, or unused features.
3. Exceptions
Although refunds are generally not provided, in rare cases we may issue a refund if:
- A billing error occurred due to a system issue on our side
- The platform experienced extended, platform-wide service outages
